The shift^ Venture Partners Program is designed for experienced professionals, ecosystem builders, and connectors who can introduce founders and investors to shift^ services.
Venture Partners expand our reach across Southeastern Europe, helping us deliver world-class support for ventures and curated opportunities for investors.
Who Can Become a Venture Partner
We welcome:
- Angel investors, mentors, and advisors
- Ecosystem builders (accelerators, hubs, incubators)
- Professional service providers (lawyers, accountants, consultants)
- Entrepreneurs and executives with strong local networks
Your Role
As a Venture Partner, you will:
- Identify & refer founders who need investment readiness, financing & fundraising support, venture acceleration, or other shift^ services
- Introduce investors who seek curated opportunities or syndicate and portfolio support
- Serve as a local ambassador for shift^ in your country or city
- Optionally support founders with warm introductions and soft validation
Model
You receive commission on revenues generated from referred engagements, as defined in the Venture Partner Agreement.
Commitment
There is no minimum quota. Venture Partners refer at their own pace. We provide:
- Branded materials & presentations
- Introductory onboarding call
- Transparent reporting of referred engagements
- Regular reconciliation and payouts
